What is Expected of Me?

March 2, 2016
During the design phase you will be required to provide feedback on two separate occasions. Approximately 3-4 days after your challenge is launched you will receive checkpoint submissions from the community. You will be required to provide feedback on each submission and select the top five submissions which will receive a checkpoint prize. We expect this feedback from you in 24-48 hours after receiving the checkpoint submissions. In another 3-4 days you will receive the final submissions. At this time you will be required to select a winner and runner up. You will only be required to provide feedback to the winner for any necessary “final fixes”. We expect this feedback from you within 24-48 hours after receiving the final submissions. “Final-fix” feedback can only request modifications based on the original scope (for example, we can’t add additional screens at this point in the challenge). Once the final feedback has been provided, the designers will update the designs over the next 24-48 hours. The final deliverables will be provided to you by your co-pilot. We expect you to respond to the co-pilot at this time with a confirmation of acceptance of the deliverables.
